All individuals are advised to independently verify the authenticity of any job advertisement, employment offer, interview call, appointment letter, website link, email communication, mobile number, social media message, or recruitment-related correspondence before sharing personal information, documents, banking details, or other sensitive information.
Easy Source maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, kickbacks, recruitment fees, facilitation payments, commissions, and any form of unauthorized gratification. Any employee, contractor, consultant, vendor, representative, candidate, worker, or third party found demanding, offering, receiving, or facilitating such payments may be subject to disciplinary action, termination of engagement, reporting to clients, and legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
By applying for employment, participating in any recruitment process, accepting employment, or continuing employment through Easy Source, the applicant, candidate, employee, trainee, apprentice, or worker confirms and declares that no recruitment fee, sourcing fee, commission, gratification, payment, gift, favour, or other benefit has been paid, offered, promised, or arranged with any person in connection with the recruitment or deployment process.
If any such declaration is found to be false, or if any individual is found to have participated in an unauthorized payment arrangement, Easy Source reserves the right to withdraw any offer of employment, discontinue employment or engagement, disqualify the individual from future opportunities, and take appropriate action as permitted under applicable laws and company policies.
